Procurement Expeditor Edgewater Technical Associates, LLC

Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking qualified candidates for a Procurement Expeditor opportunity to support the Savannah River Site.

Work Location: Idaho Falls, ID

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Resident at fabricators facility, responsibilities include tracking status of in-process submittals, supplier deviations, and requests for information, acting as liaison between the fabricator, Design Agency, and Document Control to ensure submittals progress appropriately and reviewers maintain commitments.
  • Coordinates kick-off meetings with fabricators and GBDC execution team.
  • Expedites and tracks submittals and deliverables per procurement requirements and SFE subcontractor schedules.
  • Assists Delivery Manager with oversight of fabricator schedules to monitor progress against required delivery dates.
  • Establishes weekly progress review meetings and tracks meeting minutes.
  • Initial review of project schedule to assess if the fabricators forecast aligns with contractual requirements and project priorities.
  • Coordinating delivery of Customer/Government Furnished Equipment to the fabricator to support the schedule.
  • Reports to the applicable DM for day?to?day execution activities and to the Delivery Manager Lead for functional requirements.
  • Expediting prefabrication and fabrication documents for Engineering and Quality Assurance review per contractual/schedule requirements.
  • Continuous review and monitoring of subcontractor schedules.
  • Status reporting of Supplier Deviation Disposition Requests (SDDRs).

Education and Experience
  • Bachelors degree and ten (10) years of relevant experience, OR Masters degree and five (5) years of relevant experience, OR fifteen (15) or more years of relevant education and/or experience.

Salary is commensurate with education and experience and may range between $120,000 and $160,000 (DOE) annually.
