Receptionist Position At Idaho Street Clinic

We are searching for a receptionist to join our team at our Idaho Street clinic!

Purpose: The Check-In/Check-Out Representative shall be accountable for successfully assisting patients with the check-in and checkout processes at appointments to maximize patient satisfaction and clinical operations.

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm.

Education: High School/GED

• 2 or more years customer service experience required; previous medical office experience preferred, and previous call center experience preferred.

Licensure / Certification: Certified Medical Interpreter, preferred.
