Responsibilities

  • Guide clients comprehensively through the entire process of buying, selling, or leasing properties, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience.
  • Monitor the Idaho Falls real estate market consistently to remain informed about property valuations, market dynamics, and new listings.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other industry stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Prepare, review, and interpret offers, counteroffers, and contracts, ensuring compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and oversee property showings, open houses, and client meetings to effectively showcase listings.
  • Conduct negotiations on sales agreements with the objective of achieving optimal outcomes for clients.

Qualifications
  • Valid Idaho real estate license
  • Strong knowledge of Idaho Falls market
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Proven negotiation and closing experience
  • Proficient with real estate software and MLS
  • Self-motivated with strong organization
  • Able to work independently and in teams
  • Professional and ethical conduct
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Completion of PLACE training required
