Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program (provided training)
- Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
- Host two open houses each month
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice sessions in line with team standards
- Take part in team activities according to team guidelines
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
- Advise sellers, secure listings, and promote properties
- Showcase proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services
- Negotiate offers for your sellers
- Record activities and manage clients using PLACE Technology
