Your Role in Our Success:

• Welcome customers warmly as they enter the Print Solutions department, providing prompt and friendly assistance.

• Engage customers with open-ended questions to understand their printing needs and build lasting relationships.

• Utilize order intake tools to gather project details and propose tailored printing solutions.

• Assist customers in the self-service area, guiding them with copy machines and PC rentals.

• Identify potential leads through thoughtful consultations and inquiries.

• Be adaptable and ready to take on additional tasks as needed, such as assisting with shipping services.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Flexibility in scheduling to meet the store's needs.

• Ability to collaborate with customers to provide comprehensive solutions.

• Strong attention to detail and a discerning eye for quality issues.

• Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to open, save, and send electronic files, as well as using Microsoft Word or similar software.

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced environment.

• Capacity to handle conflicts amicably, with a focus on cooperation and understanding.

• Commitment to honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.

• Physical capability to lift and move supplies weighing between 10 and 50 pounds, with the stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
