Perform advanced diagnostic imaging utilizing state-of-the-art GE Optima 64 slice and GE Revolution EVO 64 slice CT scanners in a dynamic hospital setting. This contract opportunity based in Idaho Falls, ID, offers a comprehensive experience working with a busy 400-bed facility known for its commitment to patient care and cutting-edge technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct CT imaging procedures including trauma and stroke cases with precision and care
- Operate and maintain GE CT scanners ensuring high-quality diagnostic images
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to support accurate diagnosis and patient treatment
- Adhere strictly to hospital protocols, including safety and documentation practices using Meditech system
- Provide exceptional patient care and education during imaging procedures
- Float within the department as needed to cover shifts and maintain seamless CT services
- ARRT Certified in Computed Tomography (CT)
- Minimum one year of trauma CT experience
- Minimum one year experience in stroke CT imaging
- Current BCLS certification
- Black scrub uniform adherence required
- 7 days on, 7 days off rotation
- Wednesday to Tuesday shifts from 12:00 PM to 12:30 AM (four 4pm-2am shifts/week)
- Approximately 40 hours per week
- Assignment length: 13 weeks
- Start date: April 11 or after
