Admiral Beverage - - Responsibilities: Coordinate activities of clerical and other administrative staff; Analyze and organize office operations and procedures such as typing, bookkeeping, time keeping, flow of correspondence, filing, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services; Reviews office workflows, documents, and processes to insure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness; Prepares activities reports for guidance of management; Conducts orientation sessions for new employees
