A company is looking for a Regional Supervisor, PFC.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise Personal Financial Counselors (PFC), ensuring compliance with DoD expectations and service delivery consistencyMonitor PFC interactions and services provided to service members and their families, ensuring effective assistance and action plan developmentDirect the provision of financial management services and ensure timely collection of counselor activity data for reporting purposesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree required5+ years of financial counseling post-certification2+ years of documentation, oversight, management, and supervisory experienceMust have one of the following active certifications: Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC)Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Tier 2 Clearance
