A company is looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Reviewer.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct documentation and record reviews to ensure compliance with agency policies, program requirements, and state and federal regulationsSupport agency quality improvement initiatives and assist in conducting internal audits and quality reviews of program documentationTrack, analyze, and report quality assurance data and audit findings, while collaborating with program leadership to promote high standards of documentation and complianceRequired QualificationsHS Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Data Analytics, Healthcare Informatics, Healthcare Management, or related field preferredMinimum 3 years of experience in healthcare documentation review, quality assurance, HIM, credentialing, or healthcare data analysisBehavioral Health Experience preferredStrong Excel and reporting skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environment; must reside in RI, MA, NH, or NY
