A company is looking for a Post Closing Specialist to coordinate the resolution of conditions identified by the investor during purchase review.Key Responsibilities:Obtain and document daily suspense reports from investor sites to identify suspended loansCollaborate with internal and external departments to gather documentation needed to resolve suspense itemsMonitor and update the pipeline to ensure timely processing of conditioned or purchased loansRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 5 years' experience in mortgage credit and/or post-closing activitiesExtensive knowledge of regulatory and investor guidelines for various loan programsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite
