A company is looking for an Employee Relations Partner, Remote.Key ResponsibilitiesConsults on complex employee relations issues, including performance management and workplace conflictsCollaborates with business leaders to recommend actions for employee performance concerns and administer Corrective Action PlansConducts internal investigations related to employee relations allegations in partnership with the ER Manager and Legal teamsRequired Qualifications7+ years of equivalent experience in employee relations, HR generalist, HR business partner, or labor/employment lawBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in employee relations and/or HR-related certificationsSkilled in workplace investigations, negotiation, and conflict managementDeep understanding of US employment law and EEO regulationsAble to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive situations
