The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in high‐quality workmanship, and works well in a team‐oriented environment.Key Responsibilities* Perform accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles* Complete flat‐rate or time‐based repair tasks efficiently and professionally* Use scan tools, diagnostic equipment, and shop resources to identify issues* Document all work performed and recommended services clearly and accurately* Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area* Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members* Test‐drive vehicles to verify repairs when necessary* Stay current with automotive technology, tools, and repair techniques* Assist in maintaining shop equipment and tools* Provide excellent customer service through quality workmanship and professionalismQualificationsA‐Level Technician Requirements* Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills* Ability to handle complex repairs with minimal supervision* Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, HVAC, drivability, etc.)* 5+ years professional experience preferred* ASE certifications strongly preferredB‐Level Technician Requirements* Solid mechanical repair skills and ability to perform most maintenance and repair tasks* Basic diagnostic ability and willingness to learn advanced systems* 2-4 years professional experience preferred* ASE certifications a plusGeneral Requirements* Valid driver's license with clean driving record* Own a professional set of tools* Strong work ethic and reliability* Ability to work in a fast‐paced, team‐focused environment* Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfactionWork Schedule* Full‐time, Monday-Friday* Stable hours with consistent workloadCompensation & Benefits* Competitive pay based on experience and skill level* Flat‐rate or hourly structure available* Paid holidays* Paid time off* 401(k) with employer match* Opportunities for training and advancement* Long‐term job stability with a reputable companyAbout Our CompanyWe are a well‐established, stable auto repair shop committed to honesty, quality, and long‐term customer relationships.
