Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Corporate Attorney to work in our Legal department. Our team works a 9 x 80 schedule, onsite in our Idaho Falls facility with every other Friday off. Responsibilities Include:Provide legal advice and service on legal issues concerning the rights, obligations, and privileges of the corporation. Examine legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuits and act as an agent of the corporation in legal transactions. Provide timely, competent legal advice and support to the leadership of the corporation, such as the Board of Directors, the executive officers, and other managers. Consult on and/or handle all corporate legal processes. Develop company policy as requested. Develop corporate position on legal issues. Ensure that legal documents issued by the corporation are in good order.
