Lead Roofer (Steep Slope or Low Slope Residential & Light Commercial)

Briggs Roofing Company, a trusted name in roofing for more than 42 years, is seeking a reliable, experienced, and hands-on Field Foreman / Sr. Roofer to lead roofing crews in executing high-quality installations across residential and light commercial projects. This is a field leadership role for someone who can manage teams, enforce installation standards, maintain safety compliance, and ensure every job is completed efficiently and profitably. Crew Leadership & Execution

• Lead and direct assigned roofing crew members daily
• Train junior roofers in correct installation methods and maintain crew discipline and professionalism
• Ensure jobs stay on schedule and meet performance expectations

Standards Compliance (Non-Negotiable)

• Enforce Briggs Roofing Installation Standards

Qualifications

• Required:
• 5+ years of roofing experience (steep slope or low slope required)
• Proven crew leadership experience
• Ability to read work orders and installation plans
• Strong understanding of roofing installation standards
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in all weather conditions
• Valid driver's license (must meet insurance requirements)
• Strong communication skills
• Preferred:
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience with both steep slope and low slope systems

Work Schedule

• Full-Time Monday through Friday (occasional Saturday work as needed during peak season)
