Job Details

This is a management position requiring incumbent to supervise and coordinate activities of the Asphalt Paving Foreperson and crew members engaged in spreading, rolling, tamping, and patching asphalt or similar material to form surfaces of highways, streets, parking lots, aircraft landing strips, and driveways, Individual should also have a working knowledge of equipment operations and repairs. The position requires day to day relations with both the people he/she is supervising and the client. This position requires daily planning of both manpower and equipment to obtain maximum utilization. This individual will be responsible for planning and scheduling and will require the incumbent to manage paving projects as a project superintendent.
