Trial & Appellate Practice: Manage cases through all phases of trial court litigation. Uniquely, this role also involves significant appellate work, providing the opportunity to draft briefs and present arguments before the Idaho Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. Complex Advocacy: Craft highly persuasive legal arguments, motions, and briefs for high-profile defense cases that require creative and thorough legal positioning.
