Idaho National Laboratory is hiring an Area Manager to work on our Protective Force team. Our team works a varied schedule depending on where they are assigned. Idaho National Laboratory (INL) is seeking a Protective Force Area Manager to join the Protective Force Services Team. This role is at the heart of America's nuclear security mission, where every decision directly shapes the safety, security, and operational excellence of our most critical facilities. As a first or second level Area Manager, you will report to the Protective Force (PF) Operations Department Manager and lead PF personnel across company-operated facilities. You will supervise a Major, Shift Captains, and Lieutenants while driving policy development, operational planning, and administrative oversight. You will interface with ES&H to ensure compliance with all safety requirements, oversee training and certification programs, and perform self-assessments to identify and correct findings.
