Domestic Relations: Handle all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, support, property division, and guardianship. Advocacy: Represent clients in mediations, hearings, and trials throughout Idaho. Drafting: Prepare high-quality pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements. Client Relations: Provide direct, empathetic, and strategic counsel to clients. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 2 years of practicing family law. Bonus: A background or experience in Criminal Law is highly desirable and will be considered a significant asset. Licensure: Must be a member of the Idaho State Bar in good standing. Skills: Strong courtroom presence, excellent writing skills, and the ability to manage high-conflict situations with professionalism.
