We are transitioning from early-stage deployment into large-scale operational growth and are seeking a highly capable operational leader to help increase organizational coordination, execution reliability, and operational scalability.
This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role working directly with company leadership.
Why This Role ExistsAurum Technologies is entering a period of rapid operational growth. We need a strong operator who can improve coordination, visibility, follow-through, and operational effectiveness across the company as deployments, customer activity, and organizational complexity increase.
This role exists to reduce operational fragmentation and help build the systems, structure, and coordination necessary to scale effectively. It is an active operational coordination and execution role — not passive support.

Compensation & Growth OpportunityExpected compensation for this role is $140,000 – $180,000 annually depending on experience, operational capability, leadership maturity, and overall fit.

Work Environment & TravelThis is a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment. Hybrid working arrangements are available for qualified U.S. candidates. Periodic travel is required for conferences, customer meetings, implementation activities, and strategic sessions.
