This is a skilled position responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment used in construction, aggregate production, and/or materials handling operations. This position supports daily production goals by maintaining equipment performance, following safety protocols, and ensuring high-quality results in a team-oriented environment. Position will be located in Rexburg and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions) Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, bulldozers, haul trucks, and other machinery as assigned. Perform pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in safe working condition. Monitor equipment performance and make operational adjustments to maintain productivity and efficiency. Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and MSHA/ OSHA regulations. Load, transport, and stockpile materials according to production requirements.
