An Install Lead I provides a customizable experience with specialty skills./ppResponsibilities:/pulliStrong ability to multitask and collaborate with others/liliDemonstrate strong project management skills/liliAdvanced knowledge of service parts and procedures/liliAdvanced bending and application of all standard aluminum applications (Flat wraps, BM, etc.)/liliAdvanced finish carpentry (Step trim and Wide Trim)/liliAbility to install these product types offered by RbA (L-Flange, BM, Insert, New Construction (DB, GL, CS, PW, Patio Door)/liliAdvanced assessment and problem-solving ability/liliAssess jobsite for hazards prior to commencement of work. Address hazards as needed/liliCollaborates with other installers throughout the installation project to maximize efficiencies, proper tear outs and installation techniques/liliBuilds and sustains positive homeowner relations/liliAdheres to proper safety techniques and procedures/liliAdheres to Renewal safety programs and training requirements/liliProvides consistent, flawless first-time window and door installation./liliMaintains company vehicle in accordance with Fleet Policy/liliDemonstrates responsible attendance and punctuality/liliProvides direction, training, coaching and mentoring of Install with the goal of advancing their skill sets/liliOther duties as assigned/liliGeneral warehouse support/liliProvide support for minor service calls as needed/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent experience/liliValid Drivers License with ability to pass a fleet check/liliBasic construction techniques; good knowledge of basic construction and building materials; knowledge of terminology of the construction industry/liliState Contractors license preferred/liliBroad knowledge and understanding of OSHA regulations and safe work practices/li/ulpSkills and Competencies:/pulliDemonstrated ability to confidently handle confrontation/conflicts using a tactful and diplomatic approach; Ability to maintain perspective under demanding conditions/liliOrganizational skills for managing work schedules, job priorities and stock levels/liliBasic math skills/liliInitiative; ability to work independently.
