Minimum experience as determined by the Board. Knowledge of bus passenger safety and effective discipline procedures. Ability to pass a physical agility test and prove ability to evacuate the bus, including the ability to move students. Able to maintain passenger discipline to ensure their safety and well-being and to protect against vandalism. Works well with students, staff, and parents. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Maintain confidentiality of staff and students.
Primary responsibility to Transportation Supervisor.
To assist the bus driver in providing safe transportation of students.
Major duties and responsibilities:
Evaluation: Performance of this position will be evaluated by the transportation supervisor in conformance with federal and state law, administrative rules, and Board policy.
Terms of employment: This position shall be considered in all respects "employment at will".
