Candidates who apply should be enthusiastic, energetic, sports-minded with solid customer service backgrounds and/or educational paths well-suited for the industry.Primary Duties Provide excellent customer service and assist customers throughout the storeAnswer phone calls and respond to customer inquiriesRecommend products and suggest add-on salesMerchandising and compliance of all company policiesSetting promotional signageChecking and retrieving merchandise from stockroom as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floorAssist with store opening and closing proceduresTraining newly hired associatesDirecting sales and cashier associates throughout the storeInventory control and enforcement of loss prevention policiesEnforcement of all company policiesPerforms or may perform additional duties as assigned by management and supervisionPosition Requirements Must be 21 years of age or olderStrong communication and interpersonal skillsMust possess basic organizational and/or applicable math skillsDetail-oriented and reliableAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentBasic knowledge of sporting goods is a plusMust possess High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency ExamFlexible SchedulingUpon accepting a position offered, candidate will be subject to E-VerifyLight to moderate lifting may be required, with or without reasonable accommodationPay Scale: $13.05 - $13.55 per hourLocation: Rexburg, IDEqual Opportunity Employer.
