Qualifications: High school diploma or General Education Degree, college education preferred. Previous secretarial, teaching, or intervention experience preferred. Knowledge of word processing, data bases, spread sheets, and reports. Competence in typing, filing, and general computer knowledge. Knowledge of automated office equipment and efficient office procedures. Ability to work well with students, staff, and the public. Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines. Detail oriented. Maintain confidentiality of staff and students. Understanding of admissions, enrollment, and student records for an educational organization. Understanding of student retention issues, as well as the federal and state law, administrative rules, and Board policy regarding student records. Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated.
Primary Responsibility To: ROHS Principal, Director of Secondary Education, and Director of Business.
Job Summary: To provide support for student enrollment, manage the learning management systems, update the website, support ROHS faculty, and provide interventions and student support.

Evaluation: Performance of this position will be evaluated by the building administrators in conformance with federal and state law, administrative rules, and Board policy.
Terms of Employment: This is a part time position of 19 hrs. per week. This position shall be considered in all respects "employment at will". The "employment period" and other descriptions and terms set forth in this job description shall not create a property right for the employee.
