Job Title This position provides support to clearing title by obtaining, researching, processing, and sending appropriate documents for recording to release liens against real property on behalf of internal and external customers. Responsible for processing and organizing a high volume of documents and/or orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.What You'll Do Provide a wide range of support within assigned area.Follow functional area's processes and procedures in daily activities, adhere to quality control standards, troubleshoot as needed and recommend suggestions for continuous improvements to overall operations.Prioritize work to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and customer deadlines.Answer phones/respond to emails to process customer orders; respond to internal and external inquiries related to pending recordings or rejected documents.Research property records through county recorder websites.Search for documents through internet websitesApply recording guidelines when preparing documents for submission.Record documents by mail and electronic filingProcess product line documents as requested by customerOperate microfilm or other imaging tools for use in the creation of electronic files or archives.Prepare and scan documents/images being converted to electronic/digital format.Prepare weekly/monthly reportsReview, verify, audit, and reconcile information; proofread orders and documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with technical and legal recording requirements.Identify, research, and resolve discrepancies, including payoffs, deeds, judgments, lien releases, and subordinations.Maintain ownership of assigned pipeline of orders or documents.
