The Training Specialist, under the guidance of the Corporate Head of Training, is responsible for design, development, delivery, and measurement of applicable training programs that improve co-worker performance and develop their skills for both current and future duties.
The Training Specialist will perform the following duties in a safe, productive, and effective manner:
5 years or more of related training experience Bachelor's Degree in Business, Organizational Learning, or Education is a plus Extensive experience with use of Microsoft products such as: Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Able to use web-based meeting tools and mobile device applications The following competencies are needed to successfully perform this job:
