Serves as a dependable point of help for customers and begins guiding newer associates on daily work.Key activities:Serve customers and resolve routine order and product questions independentlyFulfill and verify orders for pickup and deliveryReceive and stock product and maintain accurate placementSupport cycle counts and help correct inventory discrepanciesGuide newer associates on daily tasks and safety practicesIdentify and communicate product, stocking, or safety issues to the Location ManagerOther responsibilities assigned by managementKnowledge and skills:Serve customers and resolve routine order and product questions independentlyFulfill and verify orders for pickup and deliveryReceive and stock product and maintain accurate placementSupport cycle counts and help correct inventory discrepanciesGuide newer associates on daily tasks and safety practicesIdentify and communicate product, stocking, or safety issues to the foremanEducation / experience:High school diploma or equivalentRelated experience preferredPhysical requirements:Lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds regularly and heavier loads with assistanceStand, walk, bend, reach, and climb throughout the shiftWork outdoors in heat, cold, dust, and other varying conditionsOperate material handling equipment and hand tools safelyThis description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, efforts, or work conditions associated with this job.
