Mountain View Hospital is looking for a Compliance Assistant to join our team!

Job Summary:

The Compliance Assistant performs routine administrative and compliance tasks, as directed by the Director of Compliance, including but not limited to: receiving, reviewing, disseminating and storing documentation; various reporting; tasks related to contract management and patient experience; acts as support for: data analytics; research studies; contracted employees and special compliance projects.

Qualifications:

Education/Certification: High school graduate, some college experience preferred

Experience: Administrative/office procedures; experience working in the medical field; basic knowledge of quality/compliance; research techniques

Equipment/Technology: Proficient Microsoft office skills and computer skills; technical knowledge/understanding of digital environment

Language/Communication: Excellent communication skills

Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills required; advanced math skills desired

Mental Capabilities: Organized and self motivated; uses good judgement and logic; excellent attention to detail

Interpersonal: Ability to deal confidently and positively with all levels of staff, both face-to-face and over phone and through email/correspondence
