No previous delivery experience is required — we'll provide the training you need to succeed.Successful Delivery Associates are expected to:Put safety first and consistently follow required safety proceduresBe dependable, punctual, and ready to work for scheduled shiftsBring a positive attitude and contribute to a team-first environmentProvide professional and courteous customer serviceAccept coaching, communicate effectively, and be willing to continuously improveBe comfortable working independently while staying connected with the LIFT 21X support teamBe comfortable using a smartphone, mobile applications, GPS, and navigation technologyBe comfortable operating delivery vehicles and navigating a variety of delivery environmentsMinimum RequirementsTo be considered for this position, applicants must:Be at least 21 years of agePossess a valid driver's license and meet applicable driving-record requirementsBe legally authorized to work in the United StatesBe available to work at least one weekend day — Saturday or SundayBe able and willing to work a full scheduled shift of up to 10 hours; partial shifts are not availableBe able to safely lift, carry, and handle packages weighing up to 50 poundsBe able to frequently walk, stand, climb stairs, squat, bend, reach, and twist throughout the workdayBe able to frequently enter and exit a delivery vehicle throughout the route — potentially 200+ times per dayBe able to work outdoors in varying weather and seasonal conditionsSuccessfully complete all pre-employment requirements applicable to the position.Physical RequirementsThis is an active, physically demanding position. Delivery Associates should be prepared to:Frequently enter and exit a delivery vehicle throughout the workdayWalk and stand for extended periods while completing deliveriesWalk on a variety of surfaces and navigate stairs, driveways, sidewalks, and delivery locationsBend, reach, squat, twist, and move repeatedly throughout the shiftLift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 pounds without assistanceLoad, organize, and unload packagesPerform delivery duties outdoors in varying weather conditionsNo Delivery Experience? No Problem.Previous delivery experience is not required.
