Role Description The Warehouse Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Idaho Falls, ID. This role is responsible for receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming materials, as well as packing and preparing orders for shipment according to company standards. The Warehouse Associate will operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move and stage inventory safely, maintain accurate records of shipments and receipts, and assist with regular inventory counts. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining a clean and safe work environment, following all safety and quality procedures, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production and shipping schedules.

Qualifications

  • Shipping & Receiving skills for processing incoming and outgoing materials accurately.
  • Packing skills for preparing and securing products for shipment according to guidelines.
  • Unloading skills for safely handling and organizing deliveries and freight.
  • Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack skills for moving, stacking, and staging inventory safely.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
  • Basic math and record-keeping skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required for warehouse operations.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent beneficial.
