Delivery Driver and ShippingHot JobIDAHO FALLS, ID 83401OverviewSalary Range $15.00 - $18.00 HourlyDescriptionThe purpose of this role is to have a dual focus. The main role will be doing local deliveries in the Idaho Falls area along with delivering to our Rigby and Rexburg locations. The other part of the role is to help in our shipping and receiving department. The role will be to organize, receive, sort, load, ship, and deliver customer orders while supporting warehouse operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, timely deliveries, and well-maintained inventory while serving customers throughout the community.QualificationsResponsibilities• Be detail oriented by organizing customer orders, packaging and loading delivery vehicles in a safe and effective way. • Organize, stage, and designate delivery routes and shipping schedules • Load and unload customer orders and incoming shipments • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance to move materials and products • Safely operate company vehicles and remain alert and responsible while driving • Assist with vehicle maintenance and keep vehicles clean and presentable • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage • Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging and labeling • Take an active role in quality control to ensure orders are accurate, clean, undamaged, and presentable • Support warehouse organization and inventory control as neededRequirements• Have an excellent driving record and provide a copy of a driving record within 15 days • Good communication skills • Ability to problem solve and be solutions-oriented • Highly detailed and organized • Ability to follow customer specifications and shipping requirements • Strong work ethic • Ability to follow standard procedures • Reliable with excellent attendance • Regular lifting, bending, and reaching required • Able to lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistanceWork Schedules and Arrangements• Onsite position • Hourly – $15-18 per hour, depending on experience • Hours – Full-time position, 8am–5pmHelpful Skills (skills necessary for daily success)• Getting Information — Observing, receiving, and obtaining information from shipping documents, and job tickets. • Can-Do Attitude — Willingness to learn new processes and assist where needed • Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates — Sharing information verbally, in writing, via email, or in person • Time Management — Balancing deliveries, shipping deadlines, and receiving tasks • Team Player — Supporting coworkers and contributing to a positive work environmentAbout AlphaGraphicsAlphaGraphics is a commercial printer and sign business that focuses on helping customers with creative services, custom ordering portals, printed and sign products, ecommerce, branding, kitting and shipping.
