Position: Remote Vacation Planner

Location: Dallas, TX, USA (Remote)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Remote Vacation Planner to join our team. This is a part-time, remote position.

As a Remote Vacation Planner, you will be responsible for creating customized vacation packages for our clients, including flights, accommodations, activities, and other travel arrangements. You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and needs and use your expertise to design the perfect vacation experience for them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, activities, and other travel arrangements based on client preferences and budget
• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and video conferencing to gather information and provide updates on their vacation plans
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to secure reservations and confirm details
• Prepare detailed itineraries and travel documents for clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the planning process or while clients are on vacation
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in order to provide the best recommendations and advice to clients
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient planning process for clients

Requirements:

• No prior experience in the travel industry necessary
• Extensive knowledge of travel destinations, resorts, and activities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home office space
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
